Blogtober #7 | Cher Lloyd Eau de Toilette

We're a week into Blogtober! How has yours been? Are you partaking?
Today, I am going to review Cher Lloyd's first fragrance.
I was very kindly invited to attend the launch event party for the fragrance, however I was unable to attend due to travel issues. The postman delivered my little unexpected surprise!

According to the PR, Cher has always wanted to release a fragrance, which embodies her unique personality - the diamond used as an iconic symbol for all of us to remember that no matter what others say, we are all special! How sweet!

I must say once I released the bottle from the incredibly girly box, I was met with a very cute diamond shaped bottle. This would look so appropriate on any girls dressing table, as a centre piece to show off!
Because of the shape of the bottle, I did however find it difficult to grasp & hold to spray the product.
The packaging of the bottle has 4 magnets, which you can slightly see below, which keeps the lid secured, handy for travelling!
This fragrance is described as sweet fruity floral fragrance with dominating top notes of Golden Quince, Cassis & Exotic Kiwi, mixed with the confident middle notes of Jasmine Petals, White Chocolate, Orchid & Orris Root. Leaving you with base notes of Creamy Musks, Vanilla Pod & Indian Sandalwood lingering on the skin. I wish I knew more about notes in fragrances & the individual scents!

I believe this perfume is very sweet, which I can relate to the above notes of fragrance. That's the first scent I can smell. I wouldn't say its too overpowering, although applying to much, may do just that. I would also agree with the floral & fruity aspects of the description. This is an incredibly girly scent, ideal for every day use, opposed to night time.

I'm really happy to have received this product  I would recommend this to gift to someone, or for yourself, if you do like very sweet, fruity & girly scents. Its quite strong, so a little goes a long way.
I love how sweet the outer packaging of the box is, this would also look so cute on your dressing table!

You can purchase this from, The Fragrance Shop (link).
30ml £15.00 & 50ml £20.00.

Have you tried this scent? What are your thoughts?

    1. I think with the scent being very sweet, it's a love/hate thing!
The shape of the bottle makes it so awkward to spray!
