BLINK + GO Eyeshadow & Blush Palette

Hello! I received this little treasure in my December GlossyBox, which you can find here. Well.. I am amazed.
The first thing I noticed was is sleek, matte black packaging, with the bright vivid green title of product 'Eyeshadow & Blush', which I think works really well, especially when browsing through various counters, & all you want to do is instantly search for a wanted product! When beginning opening the packaging, I naturally decided to open the flap at the front of the box, which is slightly miss leading, as this only reveals swatches of the products, rather than the opening of the box. Although, you could say this is a nifty little deisgn, of you were aware of this, as you could open the flap to see what colours you were about to purchase. Once I opened this from the side of the box, it revealed a lovely glossy palette, with a white & green logo of the company, which gives a great pop against the black. It comes in a square design, with a circular opening & a button to open the product.

Once I finally opened the packaging & opened the product, I was pleasantly surprised with the colours. They include Green, Silver, Gold, Pink, Blue & Purple. All of these are very shimmery, perfect for Christmas, New Years Eve, celebratory events, nights out or if you're just wanting a pop of colour to your face. There is also included a mirror on the top of the product, which is very handy if you're on the move, etc. I also discovered two pink/peach Blushers under the Eyeshadows, with a double ended applicator & brush. I thought this was a great concept - beautiful products, packed into a small palette. 'BLINK + GO' is an absolutely perfect name - couldn't have thought of a better name.

I firstly decided to apply NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk, to give a white base, to make the colours pop even more on my eyelids. Once I had done this, I applied a little e.l.f. Eyelid Primer, just to give an extra staying power for the shadows, to make them stick & last even longer. Once I had finished this, I applied the Silver colour to my inner eye, continuing on to the half of my eyelid. I chose the Gold colour for the remainder of my eye, & blended these with my e.l.f Crease/Blending brush.
The first thing I noticed, is you really do only need a tiny bit of product, as these are highly pigmented. I chose to press my brush against the powder & sweep against my eyelids. These shadows are beautiful & easy to work with, requiring minimal effort - great if you're in a rush or last minute night out!

Underneath the shadows, is there two lovely shades of blushes. Both pink, peach toned colours, one lighter than the other, perfect if you want a natural flush of colour to the apples of your cheeks, or something a bit more contoured & bright! I chose to apply the lighter shade to the apples of my cheeks, which warmed up my face.

I have to say, over all, I highly recommend this product. They are incredibly long lasting & pigmented. As the pans are small, you would think they wouldn't last particularly long - however, as you really only need the smallest amount, I think this is a great investment for £14.95|19g.
I am really intrigued to see what other products they offer in their range, & I can safely say I shall be visiting there site here - asap! From what I have so far seen, you can grab this palette in the shades 'Bright', which is this one, or you can also get 'Grey', which I believe would be fab for night time, smokey looks!
I can't say I have heard of this brand before, but I'm glad I have discovered it. I can't rave enough about it!

Here is a few snaps I took of my finished look. As you can tell, the colours are ultra shimmery, Perfect for brightening your eye up, especially if you suffer from those dreaded dark circles, that are a nightmare to cover up! Unfortunately, my camera didn't pick up the difference between the Silver & Gold shadow. Although in true form, there noticeably different.
This palette is perfect for anyone starting out in make up, a gift or purely if you're wanting to have a little splurge on a inexpensive, good quality product. I can't say I have any bad points about this product. It is what it says. I am very much looking forward to browsing through their other products & hopefully getting my hands on them. I can't recommend this product enough!

If you have any questions, queries, etc, please do not hesitate to ask!

Thank you!
